There are no words to describe how professional Milo is! I first contacted him when I needed someone to optimize the speed of my online store. I received an answer shortly afterward with a complete analysis of the store, and what it took to get it optimized at a very reasonable price. I accepted the offer and he started work immediately. Incredible benefit. Working with Milo was effective and fast. Milo is so easy to work with! Fast reply, clear communication, and very proactive in looking for things to improve on my website. I have limited know how in performance optimization but he patiently walked me through all the things that has to be done and even shared resources so i can learn to do things on my own in the future. My experience with Milo was superb from start to finish. We had a verrrry slow website (like 5/100) and after he finished with it it was over 60-70 - our conversion rate jumped up from 1.25% to consistently over 4%, some days reaching 7%.
Milo was very patient with me as I provided him with trickle information between my crazy work/home/kids life balance. He was great at explaining everything and why we needed to change it. After the whole experience I went from being so confused about our website layout and structure, to having a beautiful seamless high performing and simple website - without all the unnecessary clutter.
